The Sr. Director of Portfolio Risk & Strategy will report to the SVP of Risk and will be the key leader in providing enterprise-level portfolio diagnostics, foresight, and frameworks necessary to ensure sustainable, resilient growth across lending products in 8+ international markets.
Oversee and drive the smooth flow of work within the team, managing a team of Credit Risk Analysts and people managers. Support leaders on strategic projects in the Credit & Collections field, as needed and proactively assist with the efficient implementation of new credit & collections processes. Identify and investigate potential credit risky clients and action accordingly. Ensure investigations are completed to a high standard.
As a strategic fraud leader, you'll protect customers and our card portfolio while enabling smart growth. Set the end-to-end fraud strategy and roadmap across identity, application, and transactional flows. Partner with Data Science to deploy real-time models and rules that reduce loss, minimize friction, and scale profitably.
