- Architect always-on and campaign-specific social media strategies for an executive audience.
- Oversee content, paid, and organic programs to build reach without diluting brand credibility.
- Champion AI-enabled marketing for content, personalization, and campaign optimization.
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team.
- Partner with Product, Commercial, and Operations teams to amplify the member journey.
- Own the marketing budget, agency relationships, and prioritization of initiatives.
