Platform & Ecosystem Development:

  • Expand and optimize the Marketplace ecosystem, including categories, partners, and offerings aligned to evolving member needs.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Marketplace into core member journeys and platforms across web and mobile.
  • Partner on personalization and recommendation capabilities to deliver relevant, eligibility-aware experiences.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Go-To-Market Execution:

  • Serve as the primary liaison across Engineering, UX, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and delivery plans across multiple teams.
  • Support end-to-end go-to-market coordination, including product launches, communications, and operational readiness.
