Job Description
In this position you will play a key role in supporting the channel partner organization at a high growth, publicly traded tech company, that provides products enabling companies to use any technology anywhere. You will bring your experience to provide strong legal guidance, structure complex deals, and draft and negotiate a variety of global channel agreements with industry leading partners who work with Okta to distribute, resell, and implement Okta’s services to customers around the world.
Draft and negotiate channel related agreements including distribution, reseller, professional services, referral, MSP, local participation agreements, SOWs, and NDAs.
Provide direct support to channel sales and leadership, both domestically and internationally, including channel operations to help implement a scalable legal support structure and processes which map to channel leadership’s strategic growth plans.
