Fraud Support:
- Responsible for actioning the day-to-day alerts and queues related to fraud prevention, investigations, and dispute processing.
- Responsible for monitoring and analyzing various types of information provided through different tools, reports and documentation to make strong decisions.
- Assess risk levels and make approval recommendations for onboarding and payment processing limits.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build trust with our customers and internal Boulevard teams through a great customer experience and excellent fraud education.
- Give feedback on how our current risk programs can be improved.
- Assist with implementing those improvements.
What you'll need to thrive:
- 3-7 years of experience in the payments industry, with a focus on underwriting, transaction monitoring and/or fraud, dispute, and risk management.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau or Sigma is required.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and research capabilities.
