E-Commerce Services Representative - Tier 1

Represents Tommy Bahama through direct and professional interaction with our guests both verbally and in writing.Provides product recommendations and substitutions as appropriate and trouble shoots guest issues with orders and general product inquiries. Coordinates credit approvals and fulfillment of all online orders. The role requires heavy phone communication with customers, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts and process online sales and returns. Must have outstanding communication skills both written and verbal and listening and have excellent computer skills.
