As a Patient Engagement Specialist, the responsibilities include reviewing and following up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns, utilizing an auto-dialer tool for 120 to 150 daily outbound calls, engaging with 70 to 80 patients, and scheduling approximately 14 appointments each day. You will employ strong communication skills to build trust with prospective patients and caregivers, educating them on the importance of services and the benefits of in-home care with Sprinter Health.
You'll develop a solid understanding of partner care models to address patient inquiries and collaborate with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth patient journey; escalating concerns to other teams when necessary. The role requires residence in the eastern time zone and at least two years of high-volume outbound call center experience, one year in healthcare, along with EHR and healthcare software proficiency and a commitment to patient confidentiality.
