Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform field inspections to assess crop damage, including measuring acres and reviewing aerial imagery.
  • Document claim findings and determine loss extent in compliance with federal crop insurance regulations.
  • Manage assigned claims to meet quality, timeliness, and customer service expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED, along with crop insurance, agricultural, or claims-related experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork.
