Associate Claim Representative, Outside Property

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies and specific claim processes.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers to determine coverage and establish damage scope.
• Maintain accurate records in claim management systems and provide timely professional communication to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Valid driver's license is required, and acquisition of Insurance Licenses may be needed within three months.
• Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance is ideal, alongside strong organizational skills.
