Responsibilities:

Serve as technical resource for claims staff and cross-functional partners.
Perform quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to the team.
Oversee projects assigned by the MMF Claim Product Lead.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent training.
Progressive work experience with supervisory experience.
Strong verbal and written communications and organizational skills.
