Roadmap & Backlog Ownership:
- Balance technical debt, platform upgrades, and new capability development.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
Adoption & Enablement:
- Drive user adoption through feature communication.
- Implement training and enablement plans.
- Measure adoption and adjust the roadmap.
