Responsibilities:
- Manage and retain existing customer accounts, proactively contacting dormant customers.
- Remotely sell products within agreed frameworks, support pricing discussions, and work with field sales for planning.
- Engage stakeholders like pharmacists and clinicians, and support customer service initiatives.
Requirements:
- Must be ABPI qualified with strong phone-based and digital communication skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote, customer-focused role.
- Desirable experience in anesthesia/hospital products, NHS frameworks, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
