About the Role:
- The Senior Analyst, SAR / CTR Filing is a filing specialist responsible for accurate and timely preparation and e-filing of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) with FinCEN.
- Operating within a team, the Senior Analyst drafts examiner-ready SAR narratives, files CTRs, and performs continuing-activity reviews.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare and e-file SARs and CTRs with FinCEN accurately and within regulatory deadlines.
- Author SAR narratives at examiner-ready standard, applying the OCC five-element documentation baseline.
- Perform continuing-activity reviews and file continuing-activity SARs on the 90-day cycle.
What You Will Need:
- 3–5 years of SAR drafting, CTR filing, or BSA/AML investigations experience.
- Hands-on experience with FinCEN BSA E-Filing and case-management systems.
- Advanced narrative-writing skills and precision in regulatory filing.
