Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize Astronomer's marketing technology stack.
- Build and maintain marketing attribution models, dashboards, and reporting.
- Partner with marketing and sales leadership to enable data-backed decisions.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing operations.
- Strong command of Marketo (or equivalent MAP) and Salesforce.
- A track record of building or significantly improving marketing operations.
Bonus Points:
- Experience building AI-powered workflows or automations.
- Familiarity with data warehouses and BI tools.
- Experience with marketing attribution beyond last-touch.
