Define and drive the technical strategy, roadmap, and execution for Astronomer’s observability platform.

The Astronomer Customer Reliability Engineering (CRE) team is responsible for the success of our customers' usage of our managed Airflow service. As an infrastructure specialist within the team, you will learn to become an expert on the reliability of Kubernetes and the underlying cloud infrastructure on all 3 public clouds. Our CRE team ensures production environments are available, predictable, and reliable for our customers. You will create strong relationships with customers and help them achieve their reliability goals.

This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives on both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll partner with marketing leadership to design and build a world-class marketing operations infrastructure, aligning our marketing efforts with business growth objectives. This role is critical in scaling our demand generation engine, optimizing marketing systems and processes, and providing actionable insights.
