Operational Performance & Execution:

  • Own team-wide performance metrics such as engagement, productivity, and clinical outcomes to drive accountability and implement improvement plans.
  • Build and refine processes enabling consistent care delivery at scale, including quality assurance and operational readiness for new clients.
  • Partner with the clinical team to ensure care model fidelity and continuous improvement based on outcomes data.

Financial & Operational Management:

  • Manage operations to meet or exceed productivity and performance targets, partnering with Finance and People teams on budgets and staffing.
  • Establish workforce productivity standards, caseload models, and performance management processes for clinical and financial sustainability.
  • Monitor performance against operating plans and adjust strategy as needed, being accountable for financial outcomes.

Team Leadership & Culture:

  • Lead a team of BHCMs and Lead BHCMs, providing clear direction and regular feedback to drive performance and retention.
  • Set and reinforce performance expectations, addressing issues directly to build an accountable, collaborative, and mission-driven culture.
  • Proactively address attrition through onboarding improvements, career pathways, and leadership development while managing team hiring and growth.
