SOC Support Specialist

What You’ll Do:

• Triage and manage work in the global SOC Support queue, ensuring timely response to partners.
• Provide clear and empathetic partner support through email, chat, and outbound phone calls during incidents.
• Translate SOC findings into practical guidance and coordinate with internal teams for escalation.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts and interest in endpoint security and incident response.
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure during active incidents.
• A learning mindset and willingness to build proficiency in Huntress products and processes.
