Job Responsibilities:
- Answers questions and assists clients with method and equipment selection based on technical knowledge.
- Assists clients in understanding reported results, comparing them to Occupational Exposure Limits.
- Works with clients to resolve disputes, including fee reductions and free shipping.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience preferred.
- Understanding of environmental data and/or EPA methodology is a plus.
