Job Description
This role involves:
- Leading Enterprise Product Transformation Programs by owning end-to-end program design, planning, governance, and execution for high-impact initiatives.
- Building and Operationalizing Cross-Functional Operating Models by designing scalable processes and frameworks.
- Facilitating Executive Alignment & Governance through executive-level meetings, steering committees, and decision forums.
- Managing Cross-Functional Partnerships & Stakeholder Management by building trusted relationships.
- Leading Organizational Change & Adoption with communication, training, and change management plans.
