This role provides an opportunity to get a foot in the door with a prominent player in the AI/LLM space. We seek software engineers with 3+ years of experience to train large AI language models, helping cutting-edge generative AI models write better code. Projects typically include discrete, highly variable problems that involve engaging with these models as they learn to code.
The role involves evaluating the quality of AI-generated code and solving coding problems by writing functional and efficient code. It also involves writing robust test cases to confirm code works efficiently and effectively. There is a ton of variety in the projects, everything from determining 'Which piece of Python code is better?' to creating a full mobile application using a chatbot and improving the chatbot's responses afterward to make it faster.
