What You'll Do:
- Process customer orders via phone, email, fax, EDI, and other channels
- Provide accurate pricing, availability, and scheduling information
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries with care and attention
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in customer-focused roles
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Salary and Benefits:
- $40,000 - $50,000 base salary plus bonus
