Senior Director of University Partnerships

EUSA is seeking a Senior Director of University Partnerships to lead its U.S. institutional strategy, overseeing national outreach efforts, strengthening long-standing university collaborations, and guiding a seasoned U.S. team. The position will be responsible for building strategy and structure from the ground up, while managing and motivating a small, seasoned team. Responsibilities include developing and executing a national partnership development strategy, managing the U.S. based team, building systems to steward existing university partners, and representing EUSA at industry conferences. The role requires 5-7 years of experience in higher education, business development, or program leadership/partnerships, with previous team leadership experience.
