Responsibilities:

  • Produce customer invoices by collecting necessary data and ensuring accuracy in the accounting system.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies, issue corrective memos, and manage revenue collection through customer follow-up.
  • Handle vendor management, including onboarding, compliance tracking, and processing invoices for payment.

Qualifications:

  • Requires an associate or bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Preferred experience with Sage Intacct and full-cycle bookkeeping is advantageous for this remote role.
