Responsibilities:
- Produce customer invoices by collecting necessary data and ensuring accuracy in the accounting system.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, issue corrective memos, and manage revenue collection through customer follow-up.
- Handle vendor management, including onboarding, compliance tracking, and processing invoices for payment.

Qualifications:
- Requires an associate or bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Preferred experience with Sage Intacct and full-cycle bookkeeping is advantageous for this remote role.
