Controller

The Controller will run a best-in-class global accounting function by owning month-end close, consolidations, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis, and maintaining a clean chart of accounts, strong internal controls, and audit-ready documentation. They will partner with FP&A on accurate source data, reporting structure, and operational handoffs, and improve visibility into spend, payroll, and vendor costs through well-designed processes. The controller will lead planning and execution for our ERP migration, including chart of accounts redesign, data migration, integrations, and parallel close. As well as, oversee AP, payroll, procurement workflows, vendor onboarding, and spend controls and will build and mentor an accounting team as we scale.
