Furthering Training: Identify ENABLE partner training sites, attend key training events, and provide feedback related to the program. Program Management: Manage schedules for training events, compliantly manage contracts and payments, and develop a platform for sharing best practices among partner sites. Collaboration and Leadership: Develop peer relationships, provide leadership to cross-functional teams, and support team members at all levels. Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic oversight of training programs in partnership with physicians. Professional Development: Gain knowledge of financial mechanisms and manage teams, providing coaching and feedback.
