Role Overview:

  • You will build tools, automations, and applications that support internal business needs across marketing, research, and workflow optimization.
  • Design, test, and improve language model based workflows for classification, summarization, extraction, generation, and search support.
  • Partner with teams across Marketing, Product, Data Science, and the broader business to translate needs into clear, scalable solutions.

Technical Focus:

  • Develop Python-based services, APIs, and internal tools that integrate AI capabilities into day-to-day workflows.
  • Evaluate and refine system performance for quality, speed, reliability, and cost.
  • Identify edge cases, improve system behavior, and contribute to best practices for applied AI development.

Qualifications:

  • Must have prior internship experience in software engineering with hands-on LLM-based or applied AI workflows.
  • Strong Python skills and a practical approach to building useful, reliable, and responsible solutions.
  • Familiarity with agentic coding tools like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, etc.
