Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of mobile engineers, setting technical direction and ensuring best practices.
- Partner with product teams to translate customer requirements into roadmap and drive delivery.
- Triage production issues, coach engineers through debugging, and optimize performance.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of iOS development (Swift) and 3+ years managing mobile engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and mobile architecture patterns.
- Experience with hybrid/cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native.
Required Technical Skillset:
- iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, CoreData, CoreLocation, Background Tasks.
- Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android architecture components.
- CI/CD: Fastlane, GitHub Actions; APIs: REST, JSON, Authentication; Testing: XCTest, UI automation.
