Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at Luxoft, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and professional support. This is a remote position with flexible working arrangements and growth opportunities.
Serve as the primary contact for clients and address inquiries with professionalism. You will assist clients with onboarding, training, and system usage. You will also escalate technical issues to specialized teams when required, document client issues, feedback, and solutions in internal systems and identify opportunities for process improvement and risk reduction.
