About Blue Rose Research:
- We help Democrats win elections through opinion research and data-driven tools.
- Our team of engineers, data scientists, and analysts works with campaigns nationwide.
The Role:
- You will own a major piece of our research infrastructure and a new polling product.
- You'll set the roadmap, lead execution, and launch products to support Democratic victories.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct user research with campaign decision-makers and internal teams.
- Write specs, demo features, and drive technical partnerships.
- Prototype with AI tools to accelerate product definition and stay cutting-edge.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has 2+ years of product management experience in a high-performing environment.
- Can reason about data models, AI systems, and communicate clearly with engineers and political leaders.
- Is energized by ambiguous problems and motivated by our mission to win elections.
