Analista de People Experience SSr

In this role you will be an Analyst of People Experience with a focus on compensation, benefits and key processes in the life cycle of people. Looking for someone with an analytical view and passion for data, sensitivity to employee experience and execution capacity. The responsibilities include participating in onboarding processes, support and monitoring of the people's life cycle. You will perform exit surveys and exit interviews and analyze market salary surveys and collaborate in the design of structures. You will manage issues related to the daily experience of people and execute the cycles of merit, promotions and salary review.
