This role will participate in onboarding processes, support and monitoring of the people's life cycle. You will perform exit surveys and exit interviews and analyze market salary surveys and collaborate in the design of structures. You will manage issues related to the daily experience of people and execute the cycles of merit, promotions and salary review.
