Technical Project Manager (Payroll)

Programme Delivery:

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of the Payroll Transformation Programme through design, planning, and stabilisation.
• Manage system configuration, data cleansing, migration, and validation activities across multiple regions.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, parallel payroll runs, and cutover planning.

Governance and Vendor Management:

• Re-baseline scope, milestones, budget, and success criteria for remaining programme phases.
• Maintain RAID logs, project plans, decision records, and an audit-ready trail of approvals.
• Manage external payroll system vendors, SOW tracking, and performance reviews.

Stakeholder Management and Change:

• Act as primary point of contact for senior leadership and internal sponsors.
• Prepare and deliver clear, executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Develop and oversee the change, training, and communication plan for impacted teams.
