Role Overview:
- This is a hands-on delivery leadership role for a major, multi-year transit technology modernization program in North America.
- You will lead independently, reporting to the VP Strategic Programs, and represent Masabi in senior conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the integrated master schedule across internal teams, subcontractors, and third parties.
- Coordinate software, hardware, and third-party integrations, including APIs and payment services.
- Lead testing, phased deployments, and operational transition with readiness criteria.
What We're Looking For:
- Deep experience delivering complex technology programs with end-to-end ownership.
- Strong program management discipline, commercial sense, and executive credibility.
- Practical understanding of SaaS platforms, systems integration, APIs, and production deployment.
