Delivery:
- Hands-on project leadership across Workday and UKG workstreams.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate Phase 3 UKG initiatives including system extensions and Acuity module.
Collaboration:
- Facilitate project meetings and document decisions with clear ownership.
- Coordinate HR, Payroll, IT, operations, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
- Work with third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure alignment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing enterprise ERP implementations or transformations.
- Hands-on Workday and UKG project management experience strongly preferred.
- Strong governance, planning, risk management, and dependency-tracking skills.
