Senior Technical Product Owner

The Sr. Technical Product Owner (STPO) is responsible for driving solution definitions that support business ideas and product concepts at a team, program, and enterprise level through gathering and translating testable requirements into application software solutions. The STPO has deep domain knowledge, and strong experience in collaborating with a diverse team including product managers, software developers, testers, and teams such as Client Services, Operations, Clinical, Data Science, and Marketing. STPO has the ability to quickly learn and develop new products and support integration efforts across multiple products and release trains. Responsibilities include conducting interviews and requirement workshops with a cross-discipline team, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving a solution that meets program objectives. The role involves creating and maintaining requirements, refining the program backlog, and prioritizing user stories. The STPO mentors offshore Technical Product Owners, collaborates across release trains, leads discussions with the Architecture team, and completes assigned responsibilities and projects.
