Sr. Software Engineer - MCU

About the Role:

• The MCU Engineering team builds services, APIs, and event-driven systems that transform complex healthcare data into fast, reliable products.
• You will own delivery of complex product capabilities from technical design through production deployment with minimal guidance.
• You will partner with Product, Design, and Data Engineering to improve platform performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize APIs, backend services, and distributed microservice architectures.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, indexes, and database performance.
• Deploy, monitor, and support applications running in Kubernetes and AWS.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience building scalable applications.
• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS, and Elasticsearch.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization.
