Accountabilities:
- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve personal auto and commercial transportation claims in accordance with procedures and regulations.
- Manage claims of moderate complexity, including attorney-represented bodily injury cases and moderate litigation.
- Handle a variety of claim types, including collision, cargo, property damage, bodily injury, and commercial liability.
Requirements:
- At least five years of professional experience in liability claims adjusting, transportation claims, or a closely related field.
- Fluent in Spanish with strong speaking and reading skills.
- Hold active claims adjuster licenses as required and demonstrate knowledge of claims handling practices.
