Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will support the day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting processes, working closely with a small, dedicated accounting team to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards. This role requires a hands-on contributor with a strong background in accounting and is preferably in the life sciences or clinical research industry. You’ll bring an innovative mindset, attention to detail, and act as the Controller’s right hand in driving key accounting processes, leading automation initiatives using AI tools, supporting the company’s first audit, and playing a critical role in scaling our finance operations.
