Manufacturing Solutions Consultant

The Manufacturing Solutions Consultant is responsible for managing pre-sales and resource planning under the Solutions Director's leadership. This remote role, based in the UK, requires up to 75% travel in the EU/UK during peak sales periods. Responsibilities encompass influencing prospective customers with on-site support and remote overviews, leading opportunity blitzes, providing mentorship to account executives, and creating technical scoping activities. It also involves generating analyses like ROIs and cashflows and coordinating the completion of RFPs/RFQs. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to influence executives, build trusted relationships, and demonstrate high business acumen, including operations management and CAPEX planning. Experience with Lean Six Sigma, advanced knowledge of MS Office, and excellent communication skills are essential. The role also requires project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
