Cottingham & Butler Claims Services is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Subrogation Specialist to join our team. This is a chance to make a real impact—recovering funds, resolving liability, and helping our clients. They’re looking for someone with a strong background in insurance claims and a passion for investigation and negotiation. The candidate will review claim files to identify and evaluate subrogation opportunities, investigate liability, gather evidence, and build strong recovery cases. The candidate will also initiate and manage subrogation claims against third parties or their insurers, negotiate settlements and repayment agreements, and collaborate with internal claims teams and legal counsel.
