Role Overview:

  • Support the Product Delivery Manager in deploying Zoom and Polycom Phone products to retail branches nationwide.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including tracking deliverables and ensuring project lifecycle success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain project status in centralized systems through spreadsheets and webforms.
  • Conduct quality-assurance checks on data sets to verify accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in meetings by recording minutes and providing metrics to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications and Environment:

  • Requires 2-4 years of technology project coordination experience and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, changing industry with flexible hours, including potential afterhours or weekends.
  • Preferred exposure to financial industry technology or tools like Monday.com is advantageous.
