Role Overview:
- Support the Product Delivery Manager in deploying Zoom and Polycom Phone products to retail branches nationwide.
- Handle administrative tasks, including tracking deliverables and ensuring project lifecycle success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain project status in centralized systems through spreadsheets and webforms.
- Conduct quality-assurance checks on data sets to verify accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in meetings by recording minutes and providing metrics to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications and Environment:
- Requires 2-4 years of technology project coordination experience and proficiency in MS Office.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, changing industry with flexible hours, including potential afterhours or weekends.
- Preferred exposure to financial industry technology or tools like Monday.com is advantageous.
