Job Description
The Fulfillment Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and receiving. This role is accountable for ensuring that fulfillment targets, including revenue, on-time delivery (OTD), next-day shipping, customer satisfaction, and efficiency, are consistently met or exceeded. Beyond daily execution, the manager will play a critical role in implementing Lean principles across workflows to eliminate waste, standardize processes, and scale operations as order volumes grow.
The ideal candidate is both a hands-on leader and continuous improvement driver, able to balance real-time problem-solving with long-term process transformation.
