Medication Support Navigator (Certified Pharmacy Technician)

• We deliver 24/7 virtual-first and in-home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans.

What You'll Do:

• Manage, triage, and assign clinical pharmacy referrals to the appropriate team member.
• Complete medication histories and monitor renewal requests and prior authorizations.
• Communicate with pharmacies, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve medication access barriers.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma and current accredited pharmacy technician certification (PTCB).
• 3+ years' experience as a pharmacy technician; pediatrics and specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems; bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
