Role Overview:
- As a Clinical Programs Pharmacy Technician Representative, you will support Pharmacists and patients remotely.
- You will accomplish programs to improve health outcomes with a focus on medication therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and take inbound calls to collect medication history and prepare members for reviews.
- Help guide prescription drug optimization and create health awareness through Rx Education.
- Assist Pharmacists by placing and retrieving calls to confirm patients are taking drugs and provide counseling.
Qualifications:
- Resident State Pharmacy Technician License or National Pharmacy Technician Certification required.
- Applied knowledge of insurance processing, customer service, or call center processes.
- Must have a designated work area with a door that locks and meet internet speed requirements.
