Centralized Refill Support Pharmacy Technician (CPhT Certification Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electronic medication refill requests to ensure timely patient responses.
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacists, and staff regarding patient concerns.
• Handle prior authorization and medication assistance guidance.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED and CPhT certification from PTCB or NHA.
• Kentucky Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration.
• One year of pharmacy work experience.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Understanding of pharmacy calculations and medical terminology.
