About the Role:
- Help patients manage their medications and navigate the refill process.
- Serve as a key point of contact for patients, pharmacists, and care teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound and outbound patient and pharmacy calls.
- Process prescriptions, resolve claim issues, and update records.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and providers to clarify orders.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of pharmacy technician experience preferred.
- National certification (CPhT/PTCB) and applicable state registration.
- Strong communication, organization, and phone skills.
