Patient Care Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Answer new referral intake and refill calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately update patient information in the computer system and contact patients to establish medical charts.
• Schedule deliveries and shipping arrangements, assist with copay collections, and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Active Pharmacy Tech certification preferred; previous pharmacy or retail experience and strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and ability to learn new software systems.
