Job Summary:
- Provide direct support to the Pharmacy Concierge team by coordinating alternative channel pharmacy sourcing.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective access to medications for patients and members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between patients, providers, pharmacies, and internal PBM teams.
- Prepare cost comparisons, savings estimates, and reports.
- Track sourcing outcomes and document patient preferences.
Qualifications:
- Two plus years of pharmacy technician or care coordination experience.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; PBM or specialty pharmacy experience required.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and digital tool skills.
