About the Role:
- Serve as the voice of support for patients navigating medication needs.
- Handle inbound pharmacy calls and outbound refill reminders with empathy.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and clinicians for timely, accurate support.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate medication refills including data entry and claim adjudication.
- Respond to and resolve patient and provider inquiries.
- Maintain patient data confidentiality and support process improvements.
