Remote Medical Assistant - Healthguide - Bilingual (Arabic)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusting relationships with patients and providers, engaging high-risk populations through bidirectional communication to address care needs.
• Identify medical, behavioral, and social needs through assessments and support patients in following care plans using motivational interviewing.
• Assist with referrals, appointment scheduling, and coordination of care to reduce avoidable utilization and improve quality measures.

Qualifications:

• Must be fully bilingual in Arabic and English with medical terminology; at least 2-3 years of related experience in patient navigation or medical assistance.
• Valid Medical Assistant Certification required; experience with EHR platforms such as Epic, Athena, and Cerner.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and demonstrate comfort with technology and documentation.
